I need a website that: 1. can allow my colleagues to log into their own accounts using a username and password I will assign to them; 2. have login accounts that are categorized by departments; 3. after members of the initial department log into their accounts, they can view the lists of tasks posted by the administrator for the day/week/month; 4. can allow the members of this initial department to select the tasks they will work on for the day and mark it as "being worked on" etc.; 5. can allow the members of this initial department to upload their work after checking a list of guidelines thus marking the document as having passed through the listed guidelines before they can mark each document as "sent to 2nd department" etc.; 6. can allow the members of the 2nd department to view the list of tasks sent by the initial department for them to work on for the day/week/month; 7. can allow the members of the 2nd department to select the tasks from the list that they will work on for the day and mark it as "being worked on" etc; 8. can allow the members of this 2nd department to upload their work after checking a list of guidelines thus marking the document as having passed through the listed guidelines before they can mark each document as "sent to 3rd department" etc.; 9. and can allow the 3rd department to have the same capabilities mentioned above and sending the worked on documents for the day to the administrator in which the administrator receives the documents contained in a downloadable .zip file in the administrator's own account on the website. The website should also: 1. allow each member of all 3 departments to view their delivered and pending tasks; 2. and allow each member of all 3 departments to receive an email notification about a task that has been recently listed, approved, disapproved, etc..
