There is a website i am considering to buy, instead of adsense its showing up 403 error.
Google has banned that website of the website owner but didnt banned his another website from Adsense yet.

I am wondering if i buy a website, would there be a chance to ask Google to start showing up Adsense ads from my Adsense account ?

I dont' really understand what you are saying. Are you saying you want to buy a banned website and use Adsense on it?

I think he's wondering if he can tell Google he just bought the website from the guy and if *he* can run ads as he is not that other guy.. :?

Why would you want to make such a risk? You will have spent money on the site, then wait for Google to unban the site (if they decide to), and all that could take a lot of time and effort. If the domain has been tainted, why not get another one?

I don't think many folks can answer this question, Namesniper, I would contact Google themselves and explain the situation before purchasing it.

Exactly, when it comes to things like this, it is best to go directly to Google. They are the only ones that can give you a clear cut answer.

you must buy the website if you are getting a deal (a discount because current owner is not making money)
even if google delays your request, there must be several other ways to earn from that PR7 good traffic website.

It is also banned from Adsense and it is the site that is banned (And quite possibly the owner), so I would not waste my money, you won't get it approved or it could take you six months of arguing to get it approved. You can write to them and say that you have bought but you could just be the guys brother in law for all Google knows.
I have seen someone spend 3k on a good site before only to find out that they cannot run adsense on the site.
Also if nothing has changed on the site since he got it banned, then they will just ban your adsense account as well. It does not sound a good investment to spend money buying the site and then also get your own adsense account banned. Why do you think he is selling the site? If it was geared up around adsense then it's dead as far as making money goes.
Sorry to sound negative but I'm just stating the truth.

i too think that you must contact adsense directly because in some cases adsense bans website with out banning adsense account,so get confirmed from adsense never never believe the seller.
