Selling Website with Adsense revenue

This is the sale of another one of my adsense websites with revenue, "ZebraPrinter.org". It is a website built because of the very high paying CPC keyword, "zebra printer" and has been getting some very nice clicks earning over $2 per click. Even though the traffic has been very low (around 50 visitors per month) the revenue I collected from this site reached $15 from the start of October to the start of November.

Traffic
I haven't set up a Google Analytics account for this site alone, so I can't give exact number, but I estimate the traffic to be around 50 visitors per month, after looking over the Adsense reports. I have done very minimal advertising for this site and I estimate most of the traffic to come from the exact keyword, "zebra printer" which is search for over 70,000 times a month, with very low competition and very high paying CPC clicks.

If you know how to get some visitors to this site per day, you will get very quick returns on your investment.
