Selling Website with $360 / month -- Automated

Hello everyone!
I am selling the website StressAwaySpray.com, which is a sales page for the product with the same name as the url. It's an anti-stress/anxiety eBook which is a clickbank product - and of course the clickbank vendor account will go to the buyer as well. Here's some quick info about the website:

• Net Income: $360/month
• Traffic: Around 600 unique visitors (don't have seperate tracking for this site)
• Start date: August 2010
• Traffic source: Affiliates, articles sites and social media

If you search for the website name on google, you will see many links to article sites. This is the marketing strategy used by the affiliates promoting this product, and most sales are from affiliates - which makes this website automatic on the buyer's part. I don't have time to grow this project since I am flying to Europe in less than a month, and I need money for a flight ticket as well as a rent payment. That's why this auction will end in 7 days. Anyway, I won't bore you with more details, haha

* The buyer will get the clickbank account with all the earned money in it ($362). I never withdraw money from Clickbank before it reaches $500, so I set a limit. The buyer can change this limit however to as low or high as they wish. * - Yes, you get money with this auction.

I don't have seperate traffic tracking in place for this website so posting the screenshots wouldn't mean that much.

 

I've gotten some offers at $500-600 from some people... please note that the reserve/minimum amount is somewhere close to $790 - and that you actually get $362 in the clickbank account when you purchase the website.

 

Does this have any traffic proof? Or a "longer" proof o earnings? I want to see 3 months earnings of $1,000+? Can you provide this?

I am sorry to say that I cannot. The website has been online since the beginning of August, and started making money in late August until present.
