Also, I buy and sell dozens of websites per year and can definitely tell you korfezli1966 is right, no one cares what you spent on the site.

All that matters are the current earnings, the source and amount of traffic you are getting(for potential growth of earnings) and where your site is ranking in the serps. You have none of those 3 and as far as I am concerned your site's design is very basic (you took the Headlines WP theme and changed some colors) and therefore this site is only worth it for the articles. After reading a few of said articles they seem to be written by a robot. Full of run-on sentences and a few of them read like I am reading bullet points. If you really paid $300 for those I would definitely seek a refund.
