One of my users on my hosting has a website www.thetoolfactoryonline.com and it shows up fine on my pc and laptop but its not showing up for him when he puts it in his browser. I have told him to delete his cookies and it is still not showing up....any ideas?

Displays fine for me. Some kind of firewall on the server or hosting dc that's blocked him? Does he just get a blank page?

It's resolving fine for me too.

First have your client check it through megaproxy.com -- this way you can it least show him that it does resolve, and it will be easier to demonstrate that there is an issue somewhere on his end.

Next, I'd have him do a tracert to the site and see if it's getting hung up anywhere on the hops from his location to the server. If it is getting hung up on a router somewhere, and it's before the package gets to the datacenter where the server is located, then there is nothing that can be done but wait for that router to get repaired.

If that's not the issue, then just about the only other possibility is that there's an entry in his HOSTS file on his PC that is screwing things up (as this will override DNS from any other source).

check if there is nothing wrong with the DNS. Ask all your friends around the world to check the domain for you. Of late have you changed your name servers? In that case, there might be a propogation delay at some part of the world.
