    Hi,
My company's website was down for about 10 hours,
On first look it seems that no harm was done (except of losing massive tra-ffic),
The question is if I can get any info about if there was any damage?

Why has gone down in the first place? Have you contacted your hosting company as to why it went down? I don't really get what you meant by 'damage' not unless you give more information about what happened.

That's what I figured, by down you mean - you can't access it or there has been a problem with your hosting company that has caused your website to go down.

You said that it was down for 10 hours so I am assuming that it is okay now, right?

Your hosting provider may be able to supply software in order to check financial losses via predictability and probability. Also, if you are on shared hosting and have access to AW Stats, you can view how many hits etc you recieved and make a comparison to other days of the week to check if there were any significant changes or losses to both business and traffic.

why you posted this thread here in "google"
you want to ask any damage will be done to your site by google in respect of SERP?
If it is your question then it depends whether google tried to access your website while it was down. then you may see some negative effect on your SERP.
if google did not access/ crawl your site at that time. NO harm will be on your sites SERP.

I posted this question here because of the fact that Google might have tried to crawl some of my pages and couldn't therefor there might have been problem in Google and we might have lost some indexed pages.

    So what do you think?

    Thanks

If it was only down for 10 hours then it is highly likely that Google won't think of it as a problem, how many websites do you think that goes down everyday, for a couple of hours all over the internet (or at least within Google's massive index). Googlebots will just try and revisit your website on another time, they're a bit considerate to hosting problems ya know.

I had the same problem last week when I upgrading my website system. Lose lots of traffic as well as Google ranking.
