Website Value

    I know of a website that is earning $2700 a month through adsense. The website is demoz listed - if that counts for anything now. And is also no.1 page 1 in Google for quite a few very high competition keywords. This website is also only 3 years old.
    With these above factors does anyone have a rough estimate how much it could be worth if sold at auction?

    Typically website's value is its income for 1 year. Maybe around $300,000 or so.

    The basic rule of website auction is earningX10 or a year. So $27,000-$30,000 is quite moderate.
