    How reliable are these websites that tell you how much your websites are worth? Anyone sold a site based on their numbers?

    They are most unreliable and unrealistic.

    An algorithm can't predict the value of website. No matter what.

    Yeah most of those sites are very wrong because every niche is different, every web design will bring different earnings results, so it's not reliable
