    Ranks 1st page for the popular keyword "Website Value Calculator"
    Check the other websites are all famous websites.

    BIN is still available at $350, more than 1k pageviews, 3K pageloads. Got some adsense revenue. This is the ideal passive website.

    Currently the site is ranked 400K+ in Alexa and as its ranked first page in Google for the keyword "website value calculator", has a extremely good domain name with established backlinks I am sure some educated webmasters will agree that revenue is not always the no 1 thing in a website valuation factor.

    Nevertheless thanks for the extremely excellent math rev calculation.
    Seriously though, if you are only looking for revenue then feel free to buy those other sites here on DP and not wasting your previous time doing math and commenting on this thread :) I am selling the site based on its domain, established ranking, website script, age etc which is worth atleast the BIN I am seeking. The rev is just a bonus.
