Great resource, thanks. Will have to look into it, a bit later... Yep, i can get reasonable averages for specific sectors, but the problem would be with categorization of the evaluated website, have no idea how can you determine the sector the website belongs to, automatically. Especially, low traffic sites, not listed in major public directories. But, will look in to it a bit later, anyway. In the mean time, I learned that I have to do some SEO (had no clue such thing existed ) with the website, so will be focusing on reading alot(be side my 10-12 hours regular job) Anyway, I intend to continue the development, and have some ideas to implement, if you think of some automated service that would be popular among seo'ers/webmasters/general public, you are welcome to throw a word
This type of site dont use a rocket science calculation.... Google.com is Alexa Rank 1 = $2337342960 Yahoo is Alexa Rank 4 = $584335740 Guess what 584335740 goes into 2337342960 four times I would not read into this to much though when you think its a free service and gives an indicative value (estimated) which is based on your traffic - most items in life are valued against the highest value in their class ... Just focus on what is right for your site and maximise the use of tools like this
An item is generally worth only what someone is prepared to pay. So when I want to check what something is worth I will look for similar completed items on eBay.
