The google analytics are somewhat different than the admin panel which you will see in the screen shot:



No money has been made from the website. I set it up with the intention to but just let it run.
If anyone should buy the website I would be looking at selling via escrow.

Somethings I noted when I used one of my site on the stat site

1. It gave wrong PR information. It says my site is PR 0, when it's really PR 2. Another fact is that it also has an X mark on the side and when I hover over it, it says fake page rank. It's not simply true.

2. Site value is given as NO Data USD. Well, since it's a website evaluation script, everyone would like to find a value and not "NO Data"

3. It says my site is present in Yahoo directory while in reality, it's not

4. The script says I have 1 page indexed in Bing while in reality I have 27 pages indexed.

The script is flawed and I suggest you tweak them to provide correct results and then PM me... I may be interested in buying the site.

Your correct the script has a number of faults but there is no denying its position in Google and its daily visitors.
This I should add is without any off page seo work at all! I have just let it run and be viral.
The script could be tweaked or just use something else in place.

I suggest doing some keyword research for "website value" "website worth" "website valuation" etc and see the potential that can be made with this site.

As for the reserve. It is hidden for a reason I guess

No the script is sold with the domain as seen. I work full time with no time to be concentrating on the site, hence the sale. It should not be too difficult to sort out the minor problems with the script but to be honest just simply monetizing the website could bring in some revenue for someone. Given the visitors I am sure this would not be too difficult, its basically ready to go.

The screen shot you posted shows like 6000 visitors a day which doesn't sound right to me. It's possible I'd just like to see some more data on it.

Yes your right it makes no sense to me either. Google analytics that I have are nowhere near as close as to what is showing in the admin panel statistics. I think it might be down to the slow loading of the website due to some server errors that I currently have which is why Google analytics are not reading the same. I have just displayed Google analytics for your viewing

I would think that the current Google analytics would have had an adverse effect on the sale. I am just showing what I have even though I personally do not believe the Google Analytics are accurate. The Analytics code is called from the database rather than inserted into the webpage itself, hence the possible lower Google Analytics (because of slow mysql)
This website surely would not have such a good Alexa rank of 42,584 otherwise.
