    The content is all unique. The theme is not unique.

    With more content and activity, there is some potential here.

    The site is based on CMSMS (http://www.cmsmadesimple.org). You'll need to set it up on your server, I won't be offering any after sale support.

    Earnings from the last year has been $3.15 from Adsense (It says $1, but thats only because I needed to enter a whole number). Traffic is all organic.
