website URL problem

    Hi,

    about 2 weeks ago my site disappeared on Yahoo and Bing search, I've been ranking for a keyword on first page of Yahoo for almost 2 years now.
    My URL looked like this on Yahoo mysite.com but now if I do a site:mysite.com it shows my site like this mysite.com/?vm=r

    What the hell is this ?vm=r. I haven't change anything on my site recently.

    Plz refer the website address. I want to know that which problem can be and also be safe muself from this sort of problem.

    I am not sure about the problem but you could overcome this problem by using 301 redirection

    The 1st problem in the URL is canonical issue. If we talk about the SEO point of view those sites which started with without www. or some www. This is the problem because if the site is open with both URL www or without www so in this case the backlinks of site is divided in the 2 different URLs.
