Selling Website + Unique wordpress plugin

I'm selling a site I actually recently started, but it already has several visitors daily. It's a small website for a unique wordpress plugin I've written - An agegate for wordpress blog posts. It's been added to wordpress.org.

This is a good money maker for the right person. The traffic itself has brought in $2 for me the last couple days, and I'm sure someone else could monetize it better. For example adsense - or the plugin can be sold instead of given away at wordpress.org. I've had ads from valueclickmedia and cj so far.

Do we get the plugin with it (so, if someone goes to the wordpress site and follows the link, will it come to that site if we buy it?). I'll bid $20

1. Site is now verified.
2. I can contribute to update the plugin if necessary, or you can hire a person to do it if you're not able to code yourself. Per now, the plugin should be useable for several versions to come from Wordpress, if they don't add any huge changes.
3. It's been submitted to wordpress.org, and been downloaded from 52 people so far. If you're interested in selling it instead, it can be removed from wordpress.org. I know several people are interested in an agegate for posts, since it's required by ESRB for video releases for example, or in general for adult content.
