Website traffic decreases lot due to google update.

    Hello sir

    My website traffic decrease a lot due to google updates. So i want to ask, how to remove bad links from google webmaster. Please guide me.... I already download website backlinks from webmaster, but dnt know how to remove those links and upload in disavow links tool page.

    My website is Newzduniya.com

    no dear i only used google web master tool...... download file from webmaster...but don't know how to upload again. plz help
