Google has already selected the previous title of your website and not yet indexed the latest one. so Google is viewing your older title. i am giving you a practical example of my own site. the title of my site is "Online Photography courses" but Google SE is still showing the previous title. Better if you make good content update of your site then resubmit things like xml sitemap or increase crawling rate a little bit for Google to fetch the new content of your site.
