Website that tells you how much your site is worth!!!

I found a site called http://www.smartpagerank.com/

(actually someone told me about it....)

and i was just wondering how accurate their prices are when they figure out how much your site is worth. i typed in my websites and they seemed rather fair and accurate. This is pretty much the blue book of website.

tell me if you think that this site is actually accurate, my vote is 100% yes. One of the best sites i ever saw for looking at pagerank and backlinks too!

 

I just trie it out, kinda slow when figuring, but id say once it loaded the stats were pretty easy to find and well written

Yes these things never tell you the right price.

 

Smart PageRank doesn't even detect the actual PR of my website properly ... and I know my website is worth at least 10 times of the estimate they gave it.

 

Don't trust these. Like Crux said, pure bullshit.
Though, they might be right sometimes.

Google.com was worth 2 billion (2 000 000 000) dollars...

 

Not accurate, it can give you some good info in traffic which is about it.

 

Its sure as hell fun though.

I still think my formula is one of the most accurate. It does take actual facts into account and I think that it is quite close to what I would pay. I've done some extensive testing but anything like this is uncapable of actually calculating "potential" in. Granted, I never would and the vast majority of buyers would probably never purchase anything on its "potential".

One of my site showed $2000+ 3 months back but now its $299 in smartpage.

These tools are for not Accurate, I guess.

I don't think it works too well. I tried a number of sites and don't agree with the results. IMO any website/domain appraisals must be done by a human to be accurate, that still is not 100%.

 

The PR part of the website is broken.
