Website Templates Site For Sale - £1500 Monthly Revenue

I'm selling my website templates site and thought id post here to see what highest bid i would get, iv auctioned it on ebay aswell so the highest bidder here may not get it.

I'm actually looking in the range of about £7000 but all bids are welcome.

I get approx £1500 a month in revenue, i sell 90 packages a month which makes me £1800 plus i spend £300 a month on google adwords so tht makes me £1500, i get between £50 - £100/month on my comission junction ads.

don't know how accurate the site your using is, its not 3 days old. Use www.checkdomain.com its more accurate. I'v owned this domain since the beginning of april, however i'v ran this site for over a year on a different URL, www.website-architect.co.uk i changed it to .net so id have a larger audience buying from my site.
