Quite a number of major template vendors offer an affiliate program. You are hardly going to make any sales conversion with such low traffic. The market is saturated now.

Given that affiliate programs are marketing scams at best, pyramid or ponzi schemes at worst.... and that 'stock templates' for websites are a giant steaming pile of /FAIL/ since shoehorning content into some random design is ALWAYS made of WIN... No, really? No traffic when trying to make money from a scam designed to rip people off; I'm SO shocked. But that's my reaction to all such attempts at monetization of the web -- lands sake does NOBODY remember the dotcom bust?
Why don't you start your own template site or add them to your existing site. You can get PLR to templates quite cheaply and set prices to what you want.
