I have a Blog sarkarijob.co.cc.On 9th of April it has 2200 visitors ,on 10th April it has 2900 visitors. On 11 April it has 4400 visitors.

What i have done in those 3 days is to pick hot topics from Google Trends and published them on my blog. When i see i m getting good traffic i post same topics that contains Duplicated content.

On the morning of 12th April i got message in my Google Webmaster tools Saying that

"Pages on your site may not appear in Google search results pages due to violations of the Google webmaster guidelines. Please review our webmaster guidelines and modify your site so that it meets those guidelines. Once your site meets our guidelines, you can request reconsideration and we'll evaluate your site."

My question is what should i do now

How much time it will take to get me in Search results.Yesterday i have 4300 visitors(3700 from Google) and today there is no vistor from Google Plz post some honest Advice

    Thanks in Advance

All you have to do is to bring you site the condition where it was before adding Google Trends and just wait for the crawler to visit or use google webmaster tool crawl your site.

Rewrite these pages. Make the article interesting and unique. And write to Google that all fixed.

it really takes time to get index again or worst it didn't get back again. I suggest call them personally to ask for inclusion and promise them you won't do those stuff again.

Just write unique content and all should be well. Never copy and past things it never works out google and other search engine spiders too smart. Especially with google panda.

Maybe the Panda updated did this. Other blogs experienced the same this spring. Delete the duplicate content and pray.

This is not a result of Panda update as this has always been configured in google's algorithim. You are not banned or de-indexed from google but I would agree you are in the sandbox.

REMOVE ALL duplicate content and if their on their own page remove that page as well. And then as mentioned above, start over FRESH (all brand new content) and pray (if you believe in that sort of thing) and target new keywords. Good luck!

if your website has been placed in the sandbox you should use this time to your advantage. It is a great opportunity to build your traffic sources outside of the search engines. If you have a website that does well in the search engines, you may be tempted to ignore other proven methods of traffic building such as building a community, or building strong inbound links through partnerships. However, if you establish traffic sources outside of search engines, when you finally leave the sandbox, you will see a welcome increase in your traffic levels.
