Website Submitter - new directory submitter software

We have a submission page where you can suggest your directory (directories ) for inclusion. At this point Website Submitter 1.7 has 3500 directories included. I will give this a try. Sounds really interesting and hopefully it will make it easier and faster to submit sites.

 

update 25.07.2007 - Webbsite Submitter 1.8 is launched

- 340 directories (we cleaned the database and also added some new directories)
- 380 French directories
- 160 German directories
- 200 Spanish directories
- 81 Romanian directories
- we launched also the Spanish and Romanian version of the websites and applications
- we are offering now the possibility to complete edit the database of directories (until now the edit was possible only for the ones you have added yourself). This option does not come default, just drop us an email and I will enable it on your version.

has this software gotten any faster? I noticed when I used it quiet some time ago it was extremely slow when loading the submitting websites...

 

I had the same problems. Recently I stopped using this software but I will look into the latest version in the following days and come back with a reply.

Hi.

The slow problem was caused by the live PR of the page. I am not allowing in the last version enable/disable of the live PR. The speed has greatly improved.

I know you all wait for the 2.0 version having multiple submission tabs, we are still in test with this version and probably after the summer vacation this version will come also up, ofcourse with no additional price for existing users.

i downloaded the latest version doesnt seem faster... how do i turn off livepr?

 

In the submission page, where the Live PR is there is a small sign(green/red). You can activate/deactivate from that point. (I have attached an image for a better undertsanding )

Wow this looks good , is this a good one to use , i have a range of cash parked names , would this be a good cheap way to get them into various directorys and therefore into the search engines such as google etc.

Also is this still been updated ? is there a better subbmitter out there , that i should be using ??

The application is very often updated. We reach version 1.8 ( we kind of released 1 version each month, and weekly updates adding or removing directories ). The Website Submitter has the largest database available of directories (3500).

I was wondering , the website submitter , is there say X amount of them that would be automate and X amount that would not be automated , due to the need for verifications furthur details etc ? if so , is the list broken down into automated and those that will need furthur input ?

The whole process in Website Submitter is semi-automatic. That means it is autofilling the fields and you have to click on submit (before you do this usually is better to review the submitted information).

 

mmariusel I did submission for a test site and it was indexed in 7 days. Only problem im having now is how to get past all the foreign directories. Everytime i go to the directories it starts me off with the french, german etc directories and my site is in english.
