If you are looking for free, there are a lot, I just posted one couple days back. Just search as I attached a zip file within topic. Integration of captcha and vocalization of it is not a big deal, even a moderate level developer can do that within half an hour. And there is one more idea we may discuss which is absolutely unbreakable not because of it's randomness but because of the logic behind it. The type of captcha we have worked on cannot be broken without human interaction, and even involvement of human cannot be outsourced,, that means you cannot outsource captcha in bulk to get it broken, we are after getting patent for this, if you can offer us a good amount we can show you demonstration and deliver you the full rights.
