My head I scan everything manually, spot stuff. I might use a crawler from time to time just for the sake of it. But I manually test everything on the site, go through it all deeply file by file parameter by parameter.
Just got my website scanned. I have to say this guy is very good. He found a couple of security holes and vulnerabilities in my website that I wasn´t even aware of.
