Website Search Engine for PHP Files??

I have a big client I am working on a website for.. It is the board of Realtors for Bonita Springs Florida. I have created an IDX integrated website for them where users can search through the mls, save searches, receive email updates, etc...

One feature they want is the ability for users to search for a Realtor and affiliates from real estate agents and affiliates listed under them.. However, the real estate agent pages are php includes and are also hosted on IDX's server (but made to look like they are hosted on the regular website). Is there any way to create a search engine that can search through the agent names and bios and return results based on the query? Or is there a script available that would work?

Here is the roster page which lists all the agents and links to their specific page.
Here is the regular website: http://tinyurl.com/y9ookrs

Right now they have no information on their pages, the site is in development at the moment. Eventually there will be bios and pictures for each agent..

I was thinking about just copy and pasting the html code from view source and making a page on my actual website identical to that, just for the search engine to crawl through. I tried doing this with tsep search engine but to no avail. It crawled the page but did not leave my domain to crawl the outbound links..

If anyone is aware of a script that would be appropriate for this task please let me know. Any advice is appreciated.

Nothing which is goijng to be easy. How many hours do you have to spare? If you can't be bothered to work on this for 30+ hours then I would just use Google search.

But if you can be bothered, you should look at Solr.
Its EXCELLENT! It will take a long long time for you to learn how to use it though, but once you get it working, the speed and accuracy will make it work while.
