Website scripts or build yourself?

    Hi,

I want to build an standard website. Nothing too complicated just a website with content on it basically. So the main thing I need is basically the webdesign, ie the template of the site.

I am not that confident in my own abilities to learn dreamweaver and do this myself, so I'm wondering if you guys know of any good places that sell scripts like these or should I pay someone to make one for me. My budget is really small.

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance

you can go with any of those popular cms like wordpress that have free themes available.

If its plain html site, its better to hire someone to do the job. And it will make your site look professional.

I would say WordPress it's free for a basic setup and It's super easy to keep it updated. Plus you don't really have to know much html/css to make it look nice
