Website script needed

Hi all,

I am looking for a script like www[.]vindcarlo[.][nl].

This is a marketing script that ask the users to search other sites for a picture to win money.
This script must allow users to sign in and visit sponser sites where randomly the picture will be shown.

So this is a game that makes people visit the sponser sites.

If you can create something like this with other desing and a sligtly diferent setup please contact me.
