Selling Website sales agreement legal forms site. Great niche with custom documents

This is a unique site that is not like the countless other cookie cutter sites listed for sale. I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years hiring intellectual property lawyers to draw up sales contracts for high end sites I was buying so I figured I would make a site that sold those contracts. I have just built the site and I really dont have time to market the site right now but just go to flippa and look how many sites are for sale. Just today there are over 1300 listings on flippa.

My plan if I keep the site is to write a script that will craw flippa and pull the url of the sites for sale and then run a whois lookup for each site and extract the email address for the owner. That was I can contact them and market to them without using flippa pm system. The site is new but the cost of the contracts was in the thousands and this is a great site in a very good niche with a lot of need and no real competitors.

 

What is your estimate of someone to write the script you're talking about?

 

The best quote I got was $100 but the ranged from $100 to $400. The $400 had an extra feature that would only pull the urls for sites priced over $500. If I end up keeping it I am going to add an affiliate program and try to get the sellers to promote the site in their listing by putting that they require a contract and they will split the cost with the buyer paying half and the selling paying half an just give the seller their half back via an affiliate program plus 20% of the buyers payment.
