    Good overall layout, but the words "BPO - Business Process Outsourcing" at the top are in a font totally different from the rest of the site and is very distracting.

    The header words feel out of place, and your contact form looks a bit washed out. not bad otherwise

    Work with "Outsource now" form - make it with autoenlargement funtion like in google, and think, think and think about site visitors

    Major problem I have is I have NO idea of what you are selling... sure if I dig down I figure it out but when someone comes to the site you should have it hit them in the face... do this by offering some solutions in larger font maybe and a little less body text.
