no need for "Advertisement" above the adlink on the right a 728x15 adlink should be added below the navigation bar I'm not sure 468x60 above content will generate a good amount of clicks. What's your overall ctr ?
Well, you can improve it by adding an adlink bar below the navigation bar and transform the 468x60 in 336x280, remove the "advertisement" above the 2 adlink blocks as well. That's a start..
