I'm sure your post will get removed, so I will make this short and sweet. Do not put ads on your site until you build enough traffic. The best way to build traffic is to have lots of content.

Website has pure design and it is better to redesign it completely! Everything is mixed up! Website has no structure! Most likely when visitors come your site they will go away within a few minutes!

 

make it re-design because design do matter to some extent.

 

Hire an freelancer and get an nice web2.0 design with logo and header and then you will start earning visitors and money

The title looks simple, just add some more effects on that. And remove the empty spaces from your site.

 

Needs more visual appeal.

 

The design does not look good you should get a professional template and add some
graphics to the page.

 

Try going back to the drawing board and redesign the whole site.

 

The site has no design, it needs graphics, and there is way too much text and too many ads. The average person will click right off of the site. You're better off getting a Wordpress template or something than using what you have.
