Profeesionla looking yes, but far too busy. Too much text and too much ad space. Not really sure what it is you are selling or providing as a service and with so much info in one place I did not stick around to work it out.
Your site looks quite sleek in design but the topic links in light green is somewhat not matching with the theme, Your ads placement is good, I see you have placed two boxed ads in top and in the bottom right. You can put links unit within the topics Overall your forum is nice, you also need to have a banner or logo
Good layout, like the newspaper style. - The colors are good, not much contrast tough. There is some unused space at the middle of the header/banner. - The post titles are light green on a white background, maybe darken them a bit. The rest looks ok, good work.
