Over the last 2 months I have completely rebuilt this website.

All the backlinks are also less than 60 days old so the PR is low but that will change. :D

I would appreciate any constructive comments or suggestions on design, function, SEO, or anything else you feel is important.

    Thank You Very Much!

I do not like to have so many links on my homepage linking to external sites. I prefer to place my links on a links page internal to my web.

Yes, why are you linking to all those people? Is it some sort of a front page link exchange?

I also am curious as to why you have all those external links on the front page? If they are for link exchanges purposes I would take some time to make sure that these sites have decent page ranks.

If these links are links to other sites you own, fine.

If these links are just there to be there, I would remove them.

Yes, the links in the "Sites of Interest" are for exchange purposes.

I thought it was an attractive and clean site. It's very straightforward and easy to look at. Definitely a professional appearance.

I would put a picture of house with a for sale sign right on the home page so that it is blatantly obvious what you do. Also, I didn't see 'home' links on some of your internal pages. Finally, I would have a map resource so that people can see where zip codes are located.

    Hi,
I would have change the Background color of your logo, it give me negative vibe, try something green or brown, instead of the black.
Also the links on the bottom, too many, maybe try to create a "Site map" and leave only a few, other then that, I thikn it's nice.
    Hope that it helped,
    good luck

Definitely add a picture of house with a for sale sign - really will tell the visitor what the site is about without reading it.

Thanks. I like the idea of the header being a banner with maybe a Cactus [Arizona] on one side and a home on the other.

I also get a negative vibe from the black background in the logo, but I DO like the fact that you link the logo to the homepage - way to many sites simply leave the logo as an image that can not be clicked IMHO.

I do like the clean layout on your site, as well as the color scheme (except logo background mentioned above). While it would increase load time, I would seriously consider putting a picture of a house with for sale sign as previosuly suggested - this way a visitor will know what the site is about even before reading anything.

Thanks for the input. I too like the idea of changing the header to include a photo of a home.

One thing that I hadn't thought about, that has been brought up twice now, is the color of the header. The color is actually a dark "BLUE."

By changing the header to an image that will take care of that issue.

    Thanks again.

Anyone happen to have some quality real estate photos to use for this purpose? :p
