website review needed. please help.

hello. i have just changed my design and i am curious if you guys like it or not, how much time it takes to load on different internet connections, what can be improved, etc. (whatever you guys think it's important).

It loaded pretty fast for me. Very nicely designed. Like the color combo. Good work

 

wow that layout is really good! good job.

 

one thing i just noticed is no roll over effects for links, none of them. thats a key part of navigation for me.

i checked your code, your using CSS so the code would be (for the link a [<a href="....">])

.a {blah blah blah}
.a:hover {blah blah blah}

don't know if you knew that or not
