Website Review for Startup Website

Please review our new site http://www.buildingmainstreet.com. It is not complete for content - but just want reviews for layout, color choice, navigation before we travel to far down the path. Easier to make changes now.

Also good to hear general feedback as to the concept of our business.

Thanks in advance for your time,

    Ronnie Springer

I'd remove this green moving ext ad. It's obsolete and annoying for couple of years.

Good Start. I think you can do better.

Since you have the content ready, your second version should be a snap.

The scrolling Green text is cool for about 10 seconds. Then it kept pulling my eye away. If you want to keep it make it stop.

I would visit some of the high end sites in your niche and don't copy them but grab 3 that you like and implement what attracts you to them. The Big boys in your niche know what they are doing. Don't reinvent the wheel. You are trying to be build trust and credibility if you are dealing with MONEY so do what the Big Boys do.

    Cheers to Your XXL Success

I think that the font is a bit old. try Ariel and it's different versions.
