Harshal is right, you should make your website responsive for many reasons, among them that Google will begin taking websites being mobile friendly into consideration when ranking websites in mobile searches. The url to test whether a website is mobile friendly in Google's eyes is https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/.

You can also check out your website's speed test at https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/. I believe that if Google doesn't already take a website's speed test into consideration when ranking, it will in the future.

Some other things that I would recommend working on is the color contrast in your logo. Maybe applying a background color to the sub-menu of the main top navigation menu. On your call to action buttons within the main images, maybe increase the font size and make the buttons stand out a little more.

    It's a great start though.
