    1. Shouldn't "Price to Sell" be "Priced to sell"? (in one of the featured listings) If the customer put this in, you should have some way to proofread/approve listing before running them.
    2. The site seemed rather unresponsive/slow 10am PST 21/sept/2004 I have DSL
    3. Can you really buy a house in arizona for $15g??
    4. Browse all listing page never opened up for me.

here is a really good Real estate site with functioning MLS johnlscott.com

I don't know if yours is really going to hook up with the actual AZ MLS, but it doesn't show me many houses at all??

I feel your title of the site is lacking - needs to be more professional maybe a logo with it. I do like the layout of the frontpage, just the title needs changes.

Is this going to be used by realtors only or will there be an interface for buyers?

I am beginning to work on a site for my father who is real estate but will be using the MLS database that already exists...

I agree about spell check in the program. I can check into that.

Every once in a while the "Server" acts up. The program itself isn't the problem.

If you encountered a challenge with the "Browse all listings" page it was because of the Server chugging so slow. Again, the program itself is not a problem.

Most of the homes on the site are "Chattel" or "Personal Property." You own the home but you do not own the land. That is why the prices are as low as they are.

We built this site because there is no MLS for "Chattel" in our area. That's a real bummer considering how huge our "Chattel" market is.

From the front page you can connect to the existing Arizona Regional MLS [ARMLS]. This is the main MLS in our area.

    I agree 100%. Any ideas? :D

This site was designed for buyer, sellers and agents. Right now all seller contact information is provided for buyers.
