Nice and relevant design. A full header will look better instead of a logo/header which the site currently has.
My plan is to add a banner ad on the right side. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Any other thoughts, suggestions or ideas?
I like your design except the header part. I think you can add a waterfront picture to it and makes it looks more professional. Adsense ads look pretty good to me. I also like the agent profile auto rotator feature but the link says "View my property listing" the picture shows multiple agents that makes me confused on who i am dealing with.
yeah i like your design and the whole layout, the adsense ads are not too intrusive they just blend into the site which i think is always the way to go, like what was mentioned above about the footer links, they not for me but all in all you've got a good looking site there.
