Really basic website as you will see but has big potential for someone with time!

Each month I get offers from manufacturer in the US but I don't stay in the US and I can't deal with them.
Any US buyers that will have this, you got huge potential.

Why I am selling it:

- Simply because I don't have the time, in three months I will be a father and I want to be with my wife and my kid.
- And, I have other projects in my head


Situation of the website (AT the moment!):

- I am only answering questions from customers/visitors
- It's been 6 months ago I have not done any publicity and I have constant traffic (around 850-1000 visitors/month)
- I just cash in the money from the affiliate programs, from selling my products and from selling premium access


What the buyer needs to do to run the website:

- You need to verify that you get the cash from your affiliate programs
- You need to answers questions related to the website from customers or visitors (potential buyers)
- You need to give the premium access to customers that bought it
- Communicate, ship or help the customers/visitors like every stores do!

What the buyer will have from me:

- The website
- All the info for the affiliate programs so you cash in
- All the info about the website (What to do to improve the website, make more money and get more visitors)
- If you no know nothing about these products, I will give you the informations you need!
- I will refer all my business contacts to the buyer, often I get offers from manufacturer and you can deal with them!
- If the buyer is in the Canada, I can sell to him cheap products so he can resell it on the website at big prices.

Running the website:

- I'm using a free hosting service so I have nothing to pay to run the website and I'm not good at making website so I use the free web builder to modify and create stuff. (You can upgrade the account into html if you are good with it!)

- I once upgraded my account to have illimited pages, alot of bandwith and space and I found that I did not needed it. You will have no problem running it with no cost. However a domain name would help alot to improve the website!

Revenues of the website: (see proof below, can show more proof if needed)

- Based on 10 month payment from publicity (around 17.33 usd/month are the revenues)
- Based on 12 month with a other affiliate program (GBP 107,51 in TOTAL)




NOT INCLUDED but revenues of the website:

- I am selling a premium access on my website : 5$/access (Added this 3 weeks ago and already sold one!)

- I am selling products from my own on my website : You will see the 2 products that I sell, direct profit for me!

Don't be afraid of making offers same if little. I don't want this website anymore and you will earn at least $17/month. (From publicity - Affiliate)
You will earn more if you sell a premium access (Added this 3 weeks ago, already sold one) or if you sell products.

I get offers from manufacturer to sell their products in the US but I don't live in the US. (They pay you to launch their products!)
