Website Redesign wanted $$

    Hi people,
    I am looking to have a site designed.
    I would prefer it to be coded (CSS prefered).
    The logo can be found at

    Code (markup):
    A competitor of ours is 
    www.clearimage.co.uk
    Code (markup):
    The quality of the design is good. We are looking for something similar.
    Logo must stay the same and be included.
    I will put content in afterwards.
    Looking to pay about $60 due to limited budget (sorry).
