    Hello,
16 days ago I redesigned the website. Two days after I lost ranking for main keywords.

The most popular keyword get about 500.000 monthly searches and I was #2.

    So after the 16 days:

There is still no ranking for the main keyword (not in 1000).
One page reapper for popular keyword like before the redesign (#2).

Url sctructure, all titles and meta elements are like before.

With improved version there are a few php files which generated new pages (+7.000 ) in index after the redesign. On the older version I didnt have on Homepage members, popular, newest.Later i blocked that new pages via robots.txt

    Crawl stats

    Main Keyword

Traffic from search engines. 1/4 from 1/4 keywords before the new design.

    Thanks for the help.

Collect more backlinks for your site by doing link exchange & article submission. It will help you to regain your ranking

I don't mean to sound mean LOL, but people on this forum seem to always give this very same old advice (do quality backlinks and article submission) to whatever seo question is asked. Guys it's understandable that you want to increase your post count but still isn't it better to at least read the question before giving basic answers of this kind. No offense Kiranaj. Just tired of reading that in every thread. This forum could've been a superb place for finding tons of info if webmasters didn't create spam threads and post just for count.
Now I don't want to look like one of them LOL so I'll share my thoughts. The "keywords crash" was obviously caused by the redesign. And because it could not be caused by the design files you should look for the trouble in the new PHP codes added. I dont know for sure what kind of new content you have added to your site index but may happen that the forum or blog post links take you to deleted blogs and posts which may look bad for the search engine. Also make sure that you didnt remove any of the textual content you had on the index page before. You might have transferred some of the written text to the picture to make the font look more beautiful and didn't add the alt attribute. Also your PHP code that generates so many new pages at a time may seem some kind of a 'bad script' to the bot. Search engines may find such a huge amount of links that suddenly appeared on your site unnatural.
If I were u I'd also restrict access with robots.txt. Did the SERP return to your second keyword after restricting access?

Yes it happend bcz redesign, If you have back up your old site then check everything like Alt Tags, your H1 Tag, text punchlines and u said you created your new PHP pages also may be it is also one of the point, try to genrate your php code as you are used in your old site. make all these changes hope your ranking will come very soon, if still you are not getting your ranking back then upload your old site and when you get your ranking back then start changes one by one...

the html coding certainly can affect the rankig. i know that the html effeciency or the ratio of the density of the main words on the page to the density of the html code is an imortant factor in the design of the web page and it may be crucial for the search engines

Make sure that can you put a meta tag, description, tittle, keyword, robot.txt before launching a new template.
It happen in SEO when somebody change site template so it have a chance to drop its ranking on search engine.
