    For a site like Facebook, within its 1st year it was worth hundreds of millions.

    If I make a one-page website which has no content and it gets no traffic, it's worth $0

    So probably somewhere in-between there ;)

    The market rate depends on quality of the site, traffic and backlinks, also on PR.
