what should we do for bringing our keyword in google 1st page after updating panda & penguin ?

Do submit high pr sites for example social bookmarking, forum posting, article submission and link exchange.

 

I would recommend link exchange with high pr sites and and share your sites with social networking sites as well

 

and now penguin use many point for UP SERP... for example, only web with similiar content backlink can give power your backlink
and shared in google + make great point in SERP...
