website put onto diff account

Ok, now the title may not be so clear but here's the story.

A while ago I got banned from adsense (call it MyAdsenseAccount1)- I was young and stupid, clearly breaking the rules.

Anyway I signed up again under same details recently without any problem (just to test if it worked) - MyAdsenseAccount2 - and put legitimate sites on and stuck to the rules. Google banned the new accout just yesterday, I had only $5 or so in the account so it doesn't bother me. The reason for banning me was simply because I had been banned before and they did not want me again - which I have no problem with. (This bit is just the description).

Here's the point: My uncle has adsense, which he uses rarely. If I put ads from his account onto my legitimate site (which I had with MyAdsenseAccount2), will Google see this as wrong?

Hopefully you get what i'm asking, if not then just tell me what you don't get.

They may or may not. Most likely it will not be a problem because you could have just sold the site to him, but Google is a mystery sometimes and they may end up banning him. My gut says go for it but I can't predict what they might do.

Remember the domain is banned because you had adsense on when you got banned, so i think he will also be asked to take hois ads off or even possibly be banned.

    they ban domains too?

i thought they just ban accounts, because its unlikely that every single site in an account had false click, so banning all domains from an account would be unfair.

I am not positive but I don't think they ban the domain unless it violated some TOS, they just ban the account. If that was the case, you could never sell a site that you had if you were banned from adsense for something not related to the domain.

No, they only ban the account for violations not relating to domain content.

You should have emailed Google and asked for a second chance. Your putting the ads with the second account pretty much killed your credibility.

    :(

After getting banned ages ago, I did email a few times, they replied saying they would not let me have another account. Even though I've moved on from back then and no longer have any intention of breaking the rules, I have a feeling Google would probably say no anyway.

The domain is not banned based on the OP post. So it should be okay.
Just to make sure, why don't you ask your uncle (or yourself) to contact google if you're allowed to put their code on the site?

It's much safer that way IMO

Kizza, EXACTLY the same thing happened to "A friend of mine".
Only that "a friend of mine" is now receiving payments in his grandmothers name.

    It works fine :)
