    Manual SEO is best way of promotion. Always keep in mind that only quality work is counted by google. If you are using blog comment tool then you can create thousands of comments in few hours but that tool will post only copied comment again and again it will counted as spam and you website may get penalize.

    I have never used any tool for creating backlinks. Always I make backlinks manually. I believe manual backlinks give me long lasting result. I am satisfied with my quality backlinks. Quality is more important than quantity.

    get backlinks manually is good method. But sometime i use some software to do that like scrapebox or senukeX. Those software really good.
