G'day All I am looking for someone to promote the following HR Website www.visionarysolutions.net.au It is an Australian human resources website focusing on recruitment, policy writing, HR advice, consulting etc. The company is based in Australia, so we are looking to specifically target Australian trafffic, however you don't have to be based in Australia. Your job will be to: - Build Backlinks to the website - Improve Google Ranking - Identify quality advertising/link oppurtunities - Drive Australian traffic to website - Increasing Newsletter Signups The above can be done through: - Submitting links to various directories and websites - Submitting articles provided to you every month - Forum Signature Links - Other clean SEO techniques - Researching the online HR market I am looking at paying somewhere between $20 - $50 a month, depending on the individual, experience and what they can offer. Rather then it just being a task of mindless link submissions, I am looking for someone who wants to take some ownership and responsibility of the role and the promotion of the website. Can you provide more details regarding the job? ie. How many hours per month do you expect someone to work on the site? Do you have certain keywords you wish to target? etc I'm not sure how comprehensive of a seo service you are looking for because you are not paying much to be honest. $20-50/month? That is like 1-2 hours work if you expect anything more then mindless directory submissions which has debatable value. Feel free to contact me via PM if this information is private in nature. Cheers.

Thanks for all the responses, and apologies if I have not provided enough information, as I am quite new to this. Obviously for $20 - $50 a month, I wouldnt be expecting someone to spend all day every day promoting the website. I was just hoping to find someone that had more of an idea then me, and that might be interested in dedicating a couple of hours every month on improving the websites ranking and traffic. It is a relatively new website, that is virtually receiving no traffic at the moment and ranking very poorly, so by working of such a low base, it wouldnt take much to improve it slightly. I am also open to suggestions, and if people feel that they have anything to offer for the suggested budget, then I would love to hear it. Also if someone feels they can offer me exactly what I am after, but would require more money, then I am also willing to consider that.
