Website/PHP coder for Subtitles Script

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a coder who can create a subtitles script page.
    Users should be able to upload .srt files

    something like this

    or this
    http://subscene.com/

    I also have found this script but it is not working 100%
    maybe it is a good start
