Website Penalized, I'll Pay Someone To Figure Out Why

My site's URL (web address) is: http://bit.ly/fmehmK

I've built this website from the ground up over a year ago. Within a few months it started ranking extremely well on it's own for very competitive key phrases. From time to time, we write short blogs. The main focus of the site is to generate leads, but it offers a lot of good information as well. This niche can be kind of hard since it targets people 65 and older (who generally are not very computer savvy), so it's usually sort of difficult to get targeted traffic.

Anyways, about 2 1/2 weeks ago, we noticed a drop in traffic so we check the rankings and we moved from #1 to the 7th page for our keyword. We had several theories on how this happened; the one that made the most sense to us was a competitor trying to hack our website somehow to de-rank us (even made a post about it: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters/thread?tid=543a95cdf19383a5&hl=en). We checked over our code, and sure enough we found malicious code on it that made our site look like a porn site (link to description of code: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7402301/hackers-have-added-content-to-my-php-files).

We cleaned up the site, took off all instances of the malicious code, and submitted a request for reconsideration. A week goes by and we get a reply that says we are still in violation, but we don't know why.

Can anyone look over our site to help us out a bit? It is costing our business a ton of money in a time where it is the most busiest of the year. I don't mind paying someone that can figure it out. Thanks.
