Hi All, I've searched for partnership in this forum but there are not direct answer to this, so I hope someone can help me out. I am about to enter a partnership with another person that owns the domain but would like me to rebuild it with my CMS and manage it for him. I proposed to host the domain on my server so that only I can access the CMS (incase he decided to bail out and run away with it), and at the same time he will still own the domain name. We have agree to split the profit (after all expenses) 50/50 and also some other terms are mentioned as well. So, as we are getting closer to this, I'm thinking of drafting out an agreement paperwork so that both of us can sign on it, however is this recognize by law if there is a dispute on payment and etc? If not, how can I get an agreement that can be recognize by law especially if both of us are in different countries? Thanks in advance for those who spend time to reply to this thread. =)
