Website page rank and page view reduced

    Hello everyone! I am running a forum, which is based on software, hardware and video games. Before a month ago page rank of my website is 2 and getting page views near about 1000 per day. And since from last 15 day I have started working on website and added near about 100 threads. But none of my new threads are coming in the top SERP. And now I am getting only average 500 views per day. I want to know how to make good title, how to increase page views, how to increase page rank. I also want to know, are link building and page rank is still consider by google. Please help me.

    Absolutely yes, Google do considers link building and page rank.You need to check webmaster tools for it.Good luck!!!
